30 Day Money Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not, for a full refund:

  • Item must be returned to us within 30 days from the date that you receive the item.
  • Item must be returned in its original condition.
Returns not meeting the above conditions will be charged a restocking fee that will vary from 15% up to the full purchase price. Software, books, manuals, clearance items, and videotapes are not returnable except for replacement of defectives. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the original purchaser’s card. Check, cash, or money orders will be refunded by a check. Please allow two weeks for processing.


Defective Items

Items that are defective require a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). Please either call our Technical Support Department at +54 11 4262-9940 (M-F 9 am - 5 pm PST), or email us at info@controlhome.com.ar

Products purchased from us which are found to be defective within the manufacturer’s warranty period will be replaced or repaired, at our option, if the product is still a part of our current product line. Products that are no longer a part of our current product line will have to be returned to the original manufacturer for warranty replacement. All manufacturers’ warranty terms and restrictions apply. Please supply as much of the original packaging as possible.

Please complete the form on the back of your invoice for each returned item. Or, if you do not have your invoice available, you can download our Controlhome.net Return Policy Form, in PDF format, and use it.

Return Codes:
A - Did not like
B - Not Suitable/too many
C - Order/Shipping Error
D - Defective/Damaged

  • RMA #’s must be clearly displayed on the front of the return shipping box.
  • Please double box your return.
  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in shipment, we recommend that items be shipped back UPS or insured parcel post.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Returns that do not meet all of the above stated conditions will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
